Can I amend an order I've already submitted?

It depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, there may be a chance to amend it. However, if your order has already been shipped, it is not possible to make any changes to it.

To amend an order that has not yet been processed or shipped, we recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible to see if the changes you want to make can be accommodated. Depending on the nature of the changes, we may be able to modify your order or cancel it and place a new one with the correct information.

Please note that if your order has already been processed, it may not be possible to make any changes to it. In this case, you may need to wait until the order arrives and then request a return or exchange. Our customer service team can assist you with this process as well.

To make a change to your order
  1. Send your request to info@goodness.com.au
  2. Wait for confirmation
  3. Make payment (if required)
    1. Via EFT
      or
    2. Call to pay via credit card
Once your amendment is finalised, your order will rejoin the warehouse's processing queue
While you are welcome to call to check if the change is OK, we still need a record of the requested change in writing, so best to email before calling.
