SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT
Freight is calculated based on your postcode and the weight of your order. Once you progress to the check out, the freight will calculate automatically for you, using your postcode and weight of your order.
Once you reach approx 200kg, your order may need to ship on a pallet. The weight and distance calculation will still be the most cost effective option up to about 350kg.
For anything over approx 350kg-400kg, your quote may move to a pallet rate. In saying this, the pallet rate depends on the postcode and distance it will travel. Pallet rates can sometimes be cheaper for orders travelling a longer distance.
As the pallet rate is usually the most cost effective option at this weight, the pallet rate also will remain the same up to 700kg (maximum weight per pallet). If your order exceeds this weight, your order may need to ship on 2 pallets, which will increase the freight cost. Our team are happy to discuss these options with you.
HOW CAN I GET A FREIGHT QUOTE?
As there are many variables with freight, experimenting with a test order via our website might be helpful. You will be able to view the freight quote before finalising the order. Alternatively, if you have a clear idea of the weight you are looking to order, let us know and we can also offer a freight estimate for you.
Some of our customers opt to use their own freight carrier.
