We offer free freight on retail orders provided they meet certain criteria, but in order to offer the wholesale prices, freight charges will apply.
We do not build freight into the cost of our products. Given we ship Australia wide and the cost of freight varies so much, we do not believe it is fair to build them into the cost of the products.
The wholesale minimum spend is $500. Wholesale orders will increase in volume and weight, which incur costs that unfortunately we cannot absorb. We would rather be transparent, so you can work out margins based on the cost of products.
We have a freight calculator built into our website. It will calculate the freight cost based on your postcode and the weight of the order. You can easily get a rough estimate for your order by entering it into your cart (or a try a test order) and hit check out. As soon as you type in your address, you will receive a freight quote.
We use a variety of freight carriers, selected to meet specific order and shipping requirements. Some carriers accepts pallets, while others accept cartons only. We also need to consider carriers who deliver locally, long distance and to remote locations across Australia.
H2G DELIVERY RUN
