Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our fulfilment system is highly automated and uses robotic technology, so orders start being processed immediately and are quickly prepared for dispatch. This means there’s no opportunity for manual changes once an order is submitted.
To make sure everything is correct, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
