How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be possible to cancel it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details and request for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request and process the cancellation for you.

However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In this case, you may need to wait for the order to arrive and then request a return or exchange. Our customer service team can assist you with this process as well. It will be your responsibilty to get the goods back to us to return. 

We always strive to provide the best possible customer service and will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To cancel an order
  1. We must have your confirmation in writing
  2. Email us via info@goodness.com.au and include your order number
  3. If possible, we will cancel the order and provide a refund or credit
