How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and a copy of your invoice.
If you placed your order via our website, you will be able to log into your account and see that your order has updated to shipped. You will also see the tracking number. You can monitor your order in transit via the carrier's website and view an estimated delivery date.
Please allow up to 48 hours (1-2 business days) processing time
Occasionally delays can be caused due to unforeseen circumstances, such as environmental factors, busy holiday periods or disruption to the transport network.
Below are our estimated shipping times only. Please note these times can vary depending on the size of your order, postcode or the freight carrier.
