How long will my order take?
Please see current order processing times below:
- Retail Orders will be dispatched 1-2 business days after being placed
- Wholesale Orders (under 200KG) will be dispatched 2-3 business days after being placed.
- Wholesale Orders (over 200KG) will be dispatched 3-4 business days after being placed.
Kindly note, that order processing times may change subject to staff shortages and increased demand, we will keep you up to date should there be any adjustments to the schedule.
Delivery times vary depending on whether you are a retail or wholesale customer, and where you are getting your order delivered within Australia. See the table below for your estimated delivery time:
The above estimates are an average of delivery times within our network of carriers and may change based on your postcode and carrier. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking details. You may also receive notifications directly from the carrier.
