How to I return a product I ordered by mistake?

We are able to accept returns for items as long as they are returned to us in original condition. That is a clean, saleable condition and with original unopened packaging. 

You will need to post the item back to our Villawood warehouse.  Please send us an email to info@goodness.com.au to advise us of the return. You will receive a ticket number via email.

Please address your parcel to the below address and add the ticket number # to the outside of the parcel.

A store credit or refund will be processed after the product has been received and quality checked.
