Is your Nutritional Yeast fortified?
Yes, our Nutritional Yeast Flakes are fortified with B
vitamins, including folic acid (B9) and vitamin B12, and are enriched with
iron.
“Fortified” means vitamins and minerals are introduced
during production to increase the product’s nutritional content.
The yeast is
grown on a nutrient-rich medium, allowing it to take up these nutrients during
fermentation. It is then harvested, washed, heat-inactivated and dried into
flakes.

and how to use it, read our Ultimate Guide to Nutritional Yeast.
