Split deliveries - Why do they happen?

Split deliveries - Why do they happen?

We pack and dispatch orders in full at one warehouse, however deliveries may still be separated by the carrier on its way to you. Occasionally the boxes can become separated in the freight carrier's depot during sorting, and may be delivered at separate times. This is more common with larger box orders.

The remainder of the order is usually delivered either on the same day or within 24-48 hours. If you experience further delays, please contact us via email info@goodness.com.au so we can investigate.

Just include a list of the products you are waiting on, along with your order number, so we can retrieve the tracking information and aim to get a quick resolution for you.
