Is your Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein Fermented?
Our Organic Sprouted Brown Rice Protein is not fermented.
To make this organic sprouted brown rice protein powder, whole
organic brown rice grains are soaked in water to sprout, this helps unlock
their natural nutrients. A natural enzyme called amylase is added during the production process to
gently break down the starch, making it easier to isolate the protein. The
protein is filtered, heat-treated briefly to sterilise, and dried into a fine
powder.
