How is your coconut milk and coconut cream extracted?
To make coconut cream and coconut milk, the coconut flesh is pressed to produce liquid. The liquid is stored in a large vat and as the coconut cream is lighter it floats to the top. The coconut cream is extracted when the cream separates from the milk, resulting in a different fat content. There are no added thickeners, stabilisers, gums, sweeteners or other additives.
