Can I use the same email address if I create a wholesale account?

Unfortunately you cannot use the same email address if you hold a retail and wholesale account. If you wish to retain both accounts, you will need to use two different email addresses. 

Alternatively, you can cancel your retail account and use that same email address on your new wholesale account. If you need to place a one-off retail order, you can only use the same email address, only if you check out as a guest customer on the retail website.
