How do I track my order?

Our orders move through several stages before they get to you. You can see the status of your order by checking


  1. My account
  2. Orders



You may see any of the following order status' after you place your order: 

  1. Awaiting Payment
    Your order is awaiting payment. If you have a credit account with us, you can ignore this status. 
  2. Awaiting Fulfilment 
    Your order is in our warehouse picking queue. 
  3. Shipped
    Your order has been collected by a courier and is on its way to you
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website, where you can monitor the progress of your delivery. To track your order, simply click on the link or copy and paste the tracking number into the carrier's website.

In addition, if you have an account with us, you can log in and view your order history to track your shipment. Simply find the order you want to track and click on the tracking number link.

To access your tracking details: 

  1. My account
  2. Orders
  3. Find the order you wish to track
  4. View all items
  5. Shipping Details (bottom right)
