Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately no. We only ship within Australia. Export customers can order to an Australian address and arrange international shipping themselves, as we know there are customers all over the world who love our products.
How do I track my order?
To view your order status Log into My Account Click Orders to view shipment status. Or use the details in your shipping confirmation email to contact the carrier.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, but only via Australia Post (max 20kg). Heavier orders must be shipped to a physical address.
What happens if I'm not home at delivery?
Orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. If no one is available, your parcel will be left in a safe place or taken to your local collection point depending on the carrier.

How do I know when my order is shipped?
Once your goodies are packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification from our freight partner, Steadfast, including your tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Retail orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
